These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how taxes, currencies, financial charges, and billing responsibilities are handled when you shop with Archive Footwear.

Archive Footwear is the trading name of Vogueflow Ventures LLC.

Taxes

We sell to multiple regions. Tax handling varies depending on your shipping location.

United States — Sales Tax

Prices displayed on our website do not include state or local sales tax.

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.

Certain states may include additional county or municipal taxes.

Canada — GST / HST / PST

Prices displayed do not include applicable Canadian taxes.

Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), and/or Provincial Sales Tax (PST) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

The full tax amount will be displayed before payment is completed.

Currency

Orders are primarily processed in:

  • USD (United States Dollar)

  • CAD (Canadian Dollar)

If you choose to complete your purchase in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply:

  • Exchange rate adjustments

  • Currency conversion fees

  • Foreign transaction fees

These charges are determined by your financial institution and are outside our control.

Billing Information & Authorization

By placing an order, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious billing information is detected.

Fraud Prevention & Order Review

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Refuse transactions that violate our Terms of Service

If an order is cancelled due to verification failure, any captured payment will be refunded.

Additional Financial Charges

Archive Footwear does not add hidden processing or handling fees.

However, your bank or payment provider may apply:

  • Foreign transaction fees

  • Cross-border charges

  • Currency conversion fees

These charges are imposed by your financial institution and are not collected by Archive Footwear.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback claims may be investigated and disputed with supporting transaction evidence.
