At Archive Footwear, we aim to make shipping simple, transparent, and reliable. All orders are handled with care and shipped as quickly as possible.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.


Handling Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day, but weekend orders may take slightly longer.


Transit & Delivery Times

After processing, your order is handed over to our delivery partners.

United States & Canada

  • 8–15 business days (average delivery time)


Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.


Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.

  • Tracking updates generally appear within 48–72 hours after dispatch.

  • You can follow your parcel using the tracking link sent to your email.


Delivery Exceptions

Customs & Import Considerations

For international orders outside the U.S., local customs authorities may occasionally conduct additional screening.
This can extend delivery time beyond the usual estimate.
These checks are outside our direct control, but we monitor affected shipments closely.
